Privacy and Security Policy

Personal Information

We process the name, telephone number, email, delivery and billing details you provide when ordering, together with the product, size, colour, quantity and amount. Information in support requests is used to answer your enquiry. IP addresses and technical records may be kept for session security and abuse prevention.

Orders and Delivery

Your information is used to receive orders, verify payment, arrange delivery, issue invoices, handle returns and provide support. Information needed for these tasks may be shared with payment, shipping, hosting and accounting providers, and with authorities when legally required.

An order and payment attempt may remain recorded if payment is not completed. This does not authorise advertising or marketing messages.

Information Security

Communication between the site and your browser is encrypted using HTTPS/SSL-TLS. Access to order data is restricted by authorisation, and transactions are validated on the server. Do not share card details or bank verification codes by email, telephone or WhatsApp. When you use WhatsApp support, that service’s own privacy terms apply.

Payment Security

Card payments take place in the secure PayTR form within the site. Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes are not stored in DRC systems. The order amount is calculated on the server; payment is accepted as successful only after a verified PayTR notification. PayTR’s own privacy and security terms also apply to its payment service.

Cookie Policy

Cookies are small records stored in your browser. Some information, such as your basket, is also kept in local browser storage (localStorage). These records preserve your basket, language choice, secure session and consent preferences.

Necessary cookies are always on. Analytics and advertising preferences are off on your first visit; continuing to browse does not mean consent. You can shop without accepting optional cookies.

Analytics and Advertising Measurement

With analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 measures page and product views, basket and checkout steps, and verified purchases. Product, variant, quantity and amount details may be shared; card and customer contact details are not sent. Advertising consent is managed separately.

With advertising consent, Meta Pixel and the Conversions API may process page and product views, basket additions, entry into checkout, verified purchases and clicks on WhatsApp links for advertising measurement. Shared data may include event time, page address, product/variant identifiers, quantity, amount, order identifier for purchases, IP address, browser information and available Meta cookie identifiers. Email addresses, telephone numbers, delivery addresses and card details are not sent to Meta. Server events also depend on your advertising consent.

Meta may use infrastructure outside Türkiye. International transfers are subject to the relevant requirements of Turkish data protection law (KVKK); a cookie choice is not unlimited permission for every transfer.

Cookies and Browser Storage Used

DRCSESSION: A necessary session cookie used for secure transactions.

drc-cookie-preferences: Stores your cookie choices and consent version for 180 days. drc-consent-meta-v2 is a localStorage record that synchronises choices between open tabs; consent validity is checked using the 180-day cookie.

drc-meta-consent: Links advertising consent to its server record. Created when consent is granted and valid for 180 days. Withdrawal invalidates the server consent record.

drc-cart-v1: Stores basket product/variant identifiers and quantities in localStorage. No automatic expiry; updated by basket actions.

drc-language: Remembers your chosen language for 180 days. drc-language-v1 is a localStorage copy without automatic expiry. You can remove local records by clearing site data in your browser.

_fbp / _fbc: Identifiers that Meta may use with advertising consent. _fbc is used only when suitable advertising click information is available. Expiry depends on Meta’s browser code; the expiry recorded in your browser applies.

The PayTR form may use session technologies on its own domain for payment and security; these are managed by PayTR.

Changing Your Cookie Preferences

Reopen the panel through “Cookie Preferences” in the footer. “Accept” saves your selected preferences; leaving the optional settings off lets you continue with necessary cookies only. “Accept all” enables both optional categories. Your choices are remembered in the same browser for 180 days.

To withdraw consent, switch off the relevant option and select “Accept”. Subsequent tracking covered by that consent stops, and server advertising events not yet sent are cancelled. Earlier processing is not automatically erased. The panel may reappear after cookies are cleared, in a private window or when the consent version changes. Blocking necessary records in your browser can affect basket and payment functions.

Retention and Your Rights

Order and security records are handled according to their processing purposes and legal retention obligations. Processing grounds, data protection rights and request procedures are explained in the Personal Data Notice.

This policy may be updated when practices change; an update does not create new advertising consent. Last updated: 23 September 2026.
